Job Description
Our client, a leading global consultancy company are looking to hire a Corporate/Commercial Solicitor to join the legal team in their Belfast office.
The role will involve managing day-to-day contractual queries and escalations from the legal contract paralegal team. As well as supporting the paralegal team in maintaining template agreements, implementing process developments and leading on key client negotiations.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years PQE in a Corporate/Commercial team at a reputable firm.
