Key Duties & Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the audit department, ensuring high-quality delivery across all engagements
* Oversee a portfolio of audit clients, developing long-term, trusted relationships
* Drive business development activities to win new clients and grow service offerings
* Mentor and manage a team of audit professionals, supporting their development and progression
* Provide strategic insight to the wider leadership team to support the firm's growth objectives
* Act as a key point of contact for technical audit matters and support the transition of clients through the firm’s expansion
* Contribute to the firm’s operational and financial planning processes
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
You’ll already be operating at Audit Director or Senior Audit Manager level within a UK-based accountancy practice, with a strong track record in managing audits and building client relationships. You must be ACA or ACCA qualified, and while RI status is desirable, it’s not essential for the right candidate.
