Strike A Light are looking for an experienced senior producer to create extraordinary events with and for the communities of Gloucester.
We’re looking for someone with solid experience producing a mix of live theatre, dance, music, and events – especially in non-traditional spaces and large-scale outdoor settings. You’ll need to be confident handling event budgets, managing community-led projects, and building strong relationships with a wide range of people, from funders and stakeholders to local communities.
The role is part-time, 4 days a week, with a salary of £34k pro rata, and is based in Gloucester with remote work options.
