A growing firm of chartered accountants based in Seaton is searching for an Accounts Manager to join their team. The opportunity provides excellent progression prospects, managing a wide ranging client portfolio overseeing accounts, tax, advisory services and building client relationships as well as developing and supporting the wider team and working with partners on growing the business.
Responsibilities
* Manage the delivery of wide ranging services to a varied client portfolio focused on accounts, tax and wider advisory focused delivery on project work.
* Build relationships with clients as a trusted advisor.
* Support and develop the wider team; mentor and manage team members where appropriate.
* Collaborate with partners on growing the business and contribute to the firm’s ongoing success.
* Operate with a clear route to progression within a growing practice.
Profile / Qualifications
* Qualified ACA/ACCA/CTA/AAT or equivalent, or an equivalent career background within accountancy practice across accounts/tax/audit and general practice service delivery.
* Experience at Accounts Manager or Client Manager level and a desire to progress to the next level.
* Experience delivering services to a wide range of clients including sole traders, partnerships and limited companies.
Job Offer
£35,000 - £40,000 dependent on background experience and level of the right professional, plus benefits (negotiable).
