Credit Controller - Glasgow - 12 Month FTC
Presently, I'm working with one of the best organisations in Glasgow for flexible working and retention, and am pleased to be representing them for a fixed term contract in the Credit Control team. This organisation has a 'telephone first' approach to credit control/relationship management, so you should be comfortable picking up the phone and reaching out directly to your clients.
This is for a fixed term contract for 12 months to support with a period of high volume.
Key responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of client accounts ensuring invoices are paid promptly,
* Deliver monthly aged debt, cash collection, and DSO targets,
* Maintain accurate records,
* Nurture and utilise relationships with key stakeholders to drive query resolution and payment,
* Maintain inbox and resolve external and internal queries,
* Escalate accounts where appropriate.
To succeed at this role, you should be a strong communicator, eager to get stuck in, and have a background in Credit Control/relationship management. This role would suit someone looking to progress their Credit Control in a fast-paced environment.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your existing Credit Control skillset and work within a fantastic team to create a positive impact.
