The Payload (Pay & Perks)
* Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 Basic (Depending on your current experience).
* Bonus: Uncapped monthly bonus (Typically £300 – £600 extra per month).
* Hours: Monday – Friday only (Zero weekend work).
* Training: Full manufacturer-level VAG training and Hybrid/EV qualifications provided.

What You Will Be Doing
* Skill Building: Carrying out routine servicing, repairs, and basic diagnostics.
* MOT Support: Performing MOT preparation and general workshop maintenance.
* Quality Control: Road-testing vehicles to ensure they meet our 5-star safety standards.
* Specialist Learning: Gaining hands-on experience with VAG, Hybrid, and EV systems.
* Collaboration: Working closely with senior mentors and service advisors in a busy, professional bay.
