Job Summary
Registered Care & Support Manager – Harrow. You will lead our scheme, supporting 39 customers in an extra Care Service, ensuring they maintain independent living and achieve social inclusion.
Salary: £42,717 - £44,965 per annum.
Employment type: Full Time, Fixed Term (12 months).
Responsibilities
* Manage day‑to‑day running of the support service.
* Deliver an excellent level of customer service and ensure all regulatory and contractual commitments are met.
* Lead by example and develop a team to deliver the service to its highest standard.
* Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory and business requirements.
* Effectively manage staff, service budgets and other resources to ensure commercial viability.
Qualifications
* Previous experience working with vulnerable adults to live independently.
* Significant experience within a CQC registered scheme and the associated standards.
* Demonstrated ability to manage staff, budgets and resources in a care setting.
* Strong influence, drive and ambition to deliver excellence and support future business growth.
