Head of Resourcing, Sales at Cavendish Maine

You will cover a well-established territory including West London, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Middlesex.
Your responsibilities include forecasting annual sales and margins, setting account targets, formulating sales strategies, owning territory performance, developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, driving sales growth, achieving short-term targets, and presenting to customers.

Cavendish Maine is the UK's largest DIY & Garden products distributor, supplying a wide range of products to high street retailers, garden centres, and independent stores across the UK.
Key Skills/Experience Required:
Ideal candidates will have a proven sales record in developing accounts within the DIY or garden sector, experience selling to builders' merchants and garden centres, or be eager to enter field sales with full training provided. Confidence in managing your own diary and a willingness to learn are essential.
Salary/Benefits:
* Salary ranges from £30,000 to £35,000, with additional earnings through commissions and bonuses (OTE £6,000).
* Car or car allowance, plus benefits.
