We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to oversee One City's online presence across various platforms.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing social media campaigns, and setting key targets for growth.

Key responsibilities
Strategy & Brand Vision
* Bespoke Strategy: Developing a tailored strategy for Instagram, TikTok & Email in line with our vision, creative direction, as well as defining our content pillars.
* Feed Planning: Ensuring a cohesive Instagram aesthetic that matches the brand vision.
* Campaign Creation: Organising and delivering effective campaigns aligned to One City's brand image and messaging.
Content Production & Styling
* Content Production & Styling : Regular capture and creation of high-quality content for all social media channels.
* Production Assistance: Organising shoots and creating briefs for external photographers and videographers.
* Asset Creation: Designing graphic assets and templates for feeds and stories, and briefing external designers where required.
* Event Styling: Assisting with the aesthetic and styling of events to ensure alignment with the brand image.
Copywriting & Communication
* Creative copywriting: Creating engaging captions that consider both brand tone of. voice and SEO.
* Email Marketing: Leading the creation and communication of email marketing campaigns
* Uploading & Scheduling: Posting regularly on all feeds and stories at optimised times.
* Community Engagement: Managing and replying to comments and DMs across all
* channels to foster community growth.
Analysis & Performance
* Monthly Reporting: Monitoring and sharing results on key KPIs including views,
* engagement, and reach.
* Target Setting: Using KPI data to set and pursue performance targets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
