Planning Obligations and Cil Monitoring Officer needed in Bradford Paying £19.81 per hr ref 5276307 Full time hours on a temporary basis We are seeking a skilled Planning Obligations and CIL Monitoring Officer to oversee the implementation and monitoring of Section 106 agreements and the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL). This interim role will provide essential cover while key staff are on long-term leave. You’ll work closely with Planning Policy and Development Management teams to ensure obligations are tracked, reported, and delivered effectively. The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and experience in planning services. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and manage CIL and Section 106 agreements. Liaise with internal teams to ensure obligations are delivered. Maintain accurate records and reporting systems. Support planning policy and development management functions.
