The ResLifeBU programme plays a crucial role in helping first-year students at BU transition smoothly into university life, and specifically their time living in BU’s accommodation. We're looking for a creative and organised Marketing professional to take our marketing and communication activities to the next level, both online and offline. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about making a difference in students' lives and has a knack for managing and enhancing multi-media platforms to engage our audience effectively. As a Marketing & Communications Supervisor, ensuring all content aligns with BU brand guidelines and policies, you'll lead the planning and execution of exciting marketing campaigns, ensuring the message reaches every corner of our student accommodation through posters, flyers, notice boards and digital screens. You'll also be at the forefront of our online presence, managing platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and more. Your role will involve developing innovative strategies to boost student interest and engagement with the ResLifeBU programme. Additional responsibilities include the monitoring of attendance, production and presentation of detailed marketing analytics and reports, organising photoshoots and film sessions, managing written content for blogs and newsletters, managing Eventbrite tasks, coordinating marketing stands, and supporting event photographers. Budget management is also key, ensuring all activities are cost-effective and within specified targets.
