A business that has been formed to deliver critical projects to ensure smooth trade between the UK and EU post Brexit is looking for an Account Manager to join the team in Worksop helping to build strong long-lasting, profitable customer relationships.
In return you receive a starting salary of £26,500 pa along with a range of benefits including 29 days holiday (including bank holidays), pension scheme, free parking and access to public transport links.
As Account Manager, you will:
Be the primary point of contact for allcustomer account management matters, overseeing and developing the operation of your accounts.
Collaborate with operations to ensure accurate and timely management of customs documents, guaranteeing solutions are delivered in line with customer needs and objectives.
Monitor unusual customer job activity such as increases in volume, missing work, reduced work and highlighting proactively.
Monitoring service level agreements in real time to ensure they are not missed.
Act as a mediator between clients and internal stakeholders to efficiently resolve complex customs or customer related issues.
What we’re looking for in an Account Manager:
A good understanding and knowledge of customs gained through experience and/or qualification.
Ideally a background of working with and supporting clients – via roles such as Customer Account Specialist, Customer Success Manager, Client Relationship Manager.
Working knowledge of CRM software such as HubSport and Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent customer service skills.
You will be expected to have excellent verbal and written communication skills to successfully to connect not only with external clients but also varied internal stakeholders. Improving the entire customer experience will be at the forefront of what is expected from you.
