Construction Assurance Level 4 Apprentice - Reading, Berkshire, RG1 8DBContract: PermanentSalary: Starting salary of 22,500 per annumStart your Construction career with Thames WaterKickstart your future as a Construction Assurance Apprentice, supporting the UKs largest water and wastewater provider. Youll support projects through design, build, commissioning, and aftercare helping integrate new assets smoothly into daytoday operations.Whatyoulldo as aConstruction Assurance Level 4 ApprenticeSupport construction assurance to meet time, cost, and quality targets.Assistwith preconstruction reviews and readiness checks.Monitor contractor safety, environmental compliance, and asset standards.Help resolve site issues, nonconformances, and deviations.Work with Operations Readiness teams to ensure smooth asset integration.Help prepare and review RAMS, TWOSAS, and permits.Take part in audits and performance reviews, driving improvement.Support planning, lookahead meetings, commissioning, and aftercare.Where you will work:Location: Clearwater Court, Reading - Hybrid roleHours:36 hours a week across four working days plus one off-the-job training dayStart date:September 2026Training and qualification:Youllstudy with University of Built Environment, one of the UKs leading training providers.
