Location: Formby
Hours: Part-time - 3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday & Thursday) | 6 hours per day
Pay: £12.21

About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Customer Service / Administrator to join my client based in Formby. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a customer-focused mindset to step into a part-time temporary role with immediate start.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
2. Processing orders and updating internal systems
3. General administrative tasks including filing, data entry and document handling
4. Supporting the wider team with day-to-day operations
What We're Looking For:
5. Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
6. Confident communicator with a polite and professional manner
7. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
8. Proficient in basic IT systems (e.g., Microsoft Office)
9. Must be reliable, punctual, and available to start immediately
Working Hours:
10. Monday, Tuesday & Thursday
11. 6 hours per day (exact times to be confirmed with successful candidate)
