We are seeking a reliable and dedicated individual to join our team as a Bar and Cellar Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bar and cellar, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene, stock management, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of bar and cellar operations, including stock rotation and inventory control.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic bar and cellar environment at all times.
* Ensure the bar is fully stocked and all products are stored correctly.
* Lead by example, demonstrating honesty, integrity, and professionalism.
* Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
* Deliver excellent customer service and interact positively with guests.
* Uphold high standards of personal hygiene and present yourself smartly at all times.
* Work collaboratively as part of a small, supportive team.
* Assist with training and supporting other staff members as needed.
Skills and Experience
* Previous experience in bar management or a similar hospitality role is preferred.
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate others.
* Knowledge of wines and cocktails is highly desirable, as we offer an extensive wine list.
* A current Personal Licence is advantageous.
* Basic understanding of food handling and safety procedures.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Trustworthy, hardworking, and able to work independently.

Pay: £12.21-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
