Cotswold Outdoor, part of the Cotswold Outdoor Group (alongside Runners Need and Snow+Rock), is looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our Leicester Outlet Store. Situated alongside our Runners Need store in Highcross Shopping Centre, this is a high-impact, high-visibility role.

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Leading, coaching, and motivating a retail team that shares your enthusiasm for the outdoors
* Owning store operations including stock control, audits, visual merchandising, and compliance
* Delivering a best-in-class customer experience that drives loyalty and repeat business
* Driving commercial performance through the use of KPIs, metrics, and local insight
* Recruiting, developing, and retaining talented individuals who contribute to the success of the store
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven retail management experience, ideally in outlet or multi-brand environments
* A customer-first mindset with strong coaching, communication, and leadership skills
* A solid grasp of operational processes and performance metrics
* A passion for the outdoors and a commitment to helping customers find the right gear for their adventures
