We’re seeking a reliable Sales Support Specialist to join our remote cleaning business team and help streamline sales operations.
The Role:
You’ll assist in managing leads, coordinating follow-ups, and ensuring customers receive timely responses and smooth service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the sales team with lead tracking and updates.
* Follow up with clients to confirm bookings.
* Maintain CRM accuracy and data integrity.
* Coordinate between customers and operations.
* Help achieve monthly booking targets.

1. Minimum 2 years’ experience in direct sales, telesales, or business development.
2. Clear and professional communication in English, both written and verbal.
3. Able to manage tasks independently in a remote setting.
4. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
5. Maintains resilience under pressure, handling rejection calmly.
6. Track record of success in phone-based sales and meeting targets.
7. Confident with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
8. Experienced with CRM systems for managing leads and client data.
9. Skilled in negotiation and resolving customer issues effectively.
10. Own reliable laptop/desktop.
