This is a full-time role reporting to the Employment Team Partner. The Newly Qualified Employment Solicitor will work on a broad and varied caseload alongside experienced solicitors, developing their expertise across the full range of employment law with increasing autonomy.
Key Responsibilities of the Newly Qualified Employment Solicitor:
Providing advisory support to clients across both contentious and non-contentious matters.
Supporting employment tribunal matters from initial instruction through to resolution, including drafting key documents, preparing cases and progressing matters through each stage.
Preparing draft witness statements and other key legal documents under appropriate supervision, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Maintaining accurate file records, supporting billing processes and contributing to the efficient management of client matters.
Undertaking legal research and providing practical, commercially focused support.
Managing your own caseload with increasing autonomy as your expertise deepens.
Contributing to the ongoing growth of the Employment team, including supporting networking and business development activities.Requirements of the Newly Qualified Employment Solicitor:
