Must Have’s
* Previous experience in general insurance
* Strong leadership or supervisory background
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
* Proven ability to manage, develop and motivate a team
* Comfortable preparing and presenting performance reports to senior leaders
Nice to Have’s
* Cert CII qualified or commitment to complete within a set timeframe
* Strong sales or business development background
* Confident numeracy skills and commercial acumen
So, what will you be doing?
* Overseeing the day-to-day running of the team
* Collaborating with leadership and other business units on growth strategy
* Supporting team development through regular 1:1s and performance reviews
* Planning, implementing and tracking objectives across the team
* Monitoring team performance, adapting operations as needed to meet targets
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and identifying potential risks
