Responsibilities
* To undertake household visits as assigned by Fermanagh Rural Community Network, undertake follow up work of making referrals and liaising with supported households.
Skills and Qualifications
* Communication, Interpersonal and Interviewing skills.
* Valid current driving licence, access to transport that will allow post holder to undertake household visits throughout County Fermanagh.
