Weekend Property Viewing Guide (Estate Agent) - Saturdays
Simpson & Partners Estate Agents, Kettering
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our team in Kettering.
As a Property Viewing Guide, you will play a vital role in supporting our busy office while also having the opportunity to conduct property viewings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing exceptional, reliable support to the team every Saturday 9AM-5:00PM
* Conducting property viewings, leveraging your detailed knowledge of the local area
* Promote our Conveyancing and Financial Services partners.
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity
* Accurately record information and pass to the full time staff immediately where necessary and via email handover at the end of the day.
Requirements:
* Reliability is key, you will be responsible for ensuring consistent customer service and maintaining the office's reputation.
* Based locally, you will demonstrate a strong knowledge of the local area surrounding Kettering
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A valid UK driving license and your own vehicle is essential to be considered for the position.
* Previous estate agency experience preferred but not essential
* A keen interest in property and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
