Although not strictly teaching the class, you would lead and guide them through work provided and assist in understanding the topic and problem-solving.

As an Educational Cover Supervisor, your role will include:
* Presenting cover lessons to classrooms.
* Supervising and supporting pupils while they attempt tasks.
* Aiding students in accessing and understanding the curriculum.
* Monitoring behaviour and welfare of pupils.
* Helping to ensure all students have access to equal opportunities.
* Being vigilant in safeguarding.
The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent interpersonal communication skills, including speaking and listening in a group environment. You will have the passion and the drive to create a fun atmosphere for the class and push a positive ‘want to learn’ attitude.
