Search are currently recruiting for a number of HGV Class 1 drivers to work on behalf of our prestigious client based in Preston. This is a 24/7 operation with days, nights and weekends available Pay rates PAYE * £16.00/h days * £17.00/h nights * £18.00/h Saturday * £18.00/h Sunday Pay rates PAYE (inc. holiday pay): * £17.93/h days * £19.05/h nights * £20.17/h Saturday * £20.17/h Sunday Key Responsibilities: * Safely operate Class 1 vehicles. * Conduct depot deliveries and collections, ensuring timely and efficient service. * Secure loads properly to prevent shifting or damage during transport. * Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any issues promptly. * Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and other team members. * Assist with loading and unloading of goods when necessary. Requirements: * Valid Class 1 (CE) driving license, CPC, Tacho card.
