Housekeeping Manager Location: Bedfordshire Area Salary: £41,233.50 We’re hiring an experienced Housekeeping Manager for a leading UK resort. You’ll oversee a large, long-established team (50 staff) and take charge of maintaining top-tier cleanliness across bedrooms and public areas. What you’ll do: Lead and motivate a sizeable team across accommodation and public spaces Manage rotas, training, and team performance Ensure high standards, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency Work closely with other departments to streamline room availability and logistics Handle stock control, complaints, and compliance (including H&S reporting) What we’re looking for: Proven experience in housekeeping leadership (hotel/resort/hospitality) Confident managing large, long-standing teams Strong character, proactive mindset, and high attention to detail Please note that at times due to the volume of applications we may not be able to respond to each person individually.
