You will play a key role in shaping the future of connectivity. As an Order Placement & Management Team Member, you'll manage customer orders across multiple systems and support critical projects like the migration of legacy PSTN lines to fibre technology, helping businesses and consumers embrace next-generation services. Key Responsibilities Manage all allocated tasks within defined targets. Coordinate orders across back-end systems (FAST, Siebel, OCS, etc.). Maintain accurate job notes and records. Monitor delivery performance and take corrective actions. Handle complaints and escalations through to resolution. Support fibre migration projects, ensuring smooth transition from copper-based networks to IP/fibre infrastructure. Perform root cause analysis and implement improvement plans. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Build positive relationships with customers and suppliers.
