My client in Greater London are looking to appoint a talented OD Manager on a Contract basis. My client are looking for someone to lead specific OD projects, programmes and initiatives with a focus on talent development and staff engagement initiatives. What's on offer: Salary: £500 per day, Inside IR35 *negotiable based on experience *please submit your CV with the rate you require Hybrid working Contract type: Contract Monday - Friday About the role: Based in Greater London (Hybrid): Development and maintenance of a full range of OD interventions including performance, engagement, recognition, metrics and measures Contribute to the development of the OD Plan - part of the wider Workforce strategy Work collaboratively as part of the OD Team and with the wider HR&OD team in accordance with strategic objectives Ensure the integration of OD initiatives, processes and plans with the modernisation programme, working with stakeholders and colleagues across HR&OD About you: You will have the following experiences: Extensive experience in a similar role Significant experience of designing and delivering a complex OD agenda Experience of the design and delivery of bespoke OD interventions Local Authority experience is essential How to apply Once your CV is received, if you are successful you will be contacted.
