The KS1 Teacher will design assessment cycles, run targeted interventions and lead parent consultations that start after January 2026. The KS1 Teacher will prepare materials before January 2026, attend induction during January 2026, and teach from January 2026 as the KS1 Teacher. Impact and development for the KS1 Teacher The school provides structured CPD, peer coaching and mentoring so the KS1 Teacher can refine practice and impact outcomes. From induction in January 2026 the KS1 Teacher will join coaching cycles and have protected time for planning.
