TheyspecialiseinscalingDTCande:commercebrandsthroughpaidmedia,creativestrategy,andconversionoptimisation.Withastrongclientbase,provenresults,andsignificantadspendundermanagement,theyarenowenteringtheirnextphaseofgrowthandneedsomeonetoleadthecommercialfunction.
Inthisrole,youwilltakeownershipofrevenueacrossthebusiness-drivingnewclientacquisition,expandingexistingaccounts,andbuildingstrategicpartnerships.You'llworkcloselywiththeFoundertodefinethegrowthstrategy,buildpipeline,andpositiontheagencyasaleadingpartnerforscalingbrands.

* DrivebrandpositioningthroughLinkedIn,events,andindustrypresence
* Collaboratewithleadershiptoaligngrowthtargetswithdeliverycapacity
* IdentifynewmarketopportunitiesacrossDTCande:commercesectors
* Reportonpipelineperformance,conversionrates,andrevenueforecasts

* Trackrecordofclosing GBP 500K+inannualnewbusinessrevenue
* Strongunderstandingofperformancemarketinganddigitalacquisitionchannels

* Self:startermindsetwiththeabilitytobuildprocessesfromscratch
