Overview:
We are currently seeking a dynamic Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our Longridge team. The successful candidate will play a key role in facilitating property sales and lettings, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the growth of our real estate business.
Responsibilities:
* Liaise with clients to understand their property requirements for sales or lettings
* Conduct property viewings with potential buyers or tenants
* Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants
* Manage property listings on various platforms
* Provide administrative support for property transactions
* Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
* Keep up-to-date with market trends and property values
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role within the real estate industry
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficient in using relevant computer software for property listings and client management
