We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Marketing Business Partner to support our venues in Scotland & North East England. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans for your venues, driving revenue targets, and aligning with business goals.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to understand and implement national campaigns locally.
* Develop local marketing plans with General Managers, tailored to venue needs and customer segments.
* Build strong relationships with General Managers as the subject matter expert in local marketing.
* Support event and hospitality activities for high-value customers in line with company policies.
* Coordinate with marketing managers for slots, poker, and sports to incorporate their expertise into local plans.
* Engage with suppliers and agencies for local resources.
* Create consistent venue marketing plans and measure their ROI.
* Ensure local marketing complies with regulations and aligns with brand standards.
* Work with the central marketing team to support brand strategies and campaigns.
* Maintain brand standards across all channels and venues.
* Support HVC activity and campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategy.
* Represent the marketing team at venue level to foster operational support and understanding.
* Develop relationships with PR, social media, CRM, and promotions teams.
* Create engaging retail marketing content.
* Collaborate with Operations, GMs, and digital teams to enhance marketing effectiveness.
* Ensure all initiatives are compliant with gambling, marketing legislation, and social responsibility policies.
Qualifications
* At least 3 years' experience in hospitality, leisure, or multi-venue business.
* Proven success in retail marketing strategy creation and delivery.
* Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
* Experience in innovative brand campaigns and success delivery.
* Knowledge of the leisure and gaming sector is advantageous.
* Experience in customer-led environments and ROI analysis.
* Project management skills with timely and budgeted delivery.
* Marketing qualification is a plus but not essential.
* Resilience and ability to perform under pressure.
* Full driving license and willingness to travel within the Grosvenor estate, including overnight stays.
Additional Information
The role requires flexibility, with a mix of face-to-face and remote stakeholder engagement, and travel to venues.
