Academics, a trusted supply agency proudly supporting local schools for over 15 years, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS2 SEN Teaching Assistant to work in a welcoming primary school in the centre of Crewe.
The Role
You will be working full time within Key Stage 2, supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs on a 1:1 and small-group basis. The role runs Monday to Friday from 8:30am - 3:30pm.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting pupils with a range of SEN including ASD, ADHD, and learning difficulties
* Helping to adapt classroom activities to meet individual learning needs
* Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored support
* Encouraging confidence, independence, and positive behaviour
* Creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
