We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Care Assistant who has attention to detail, is customer focused and dedicated to delivering outstanding, high-quality care. You will need good communication skills and a genuine passion for caring for people living with dementia.
The role will challenge you every day to use your knowledge, skills and experience to help create an environment where outstanding person-centered care is consistently delivered. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, as well the well-being of residents with a wide range of needs, promoting their independence, choice and dignity at all times.
Willingness to work 12 hour shift patterns on a rolling rota, inclusive of weekend work.
Experience desirable, but full training would be provided.
