The team you'll be working with:
We are looking for a talented and forward-thinking .NET C# Developer to join our team in building innovative, AI-powered software solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of traditional software engineering and cutting-edge AI technologies, particularly Generative and Agentic AI.
You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance applications that leverage the power of .NET and modern AI frameworks.
What you'll be doing:
1. Develop and maintain applications using C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET.
2. Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
3. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver robust solutions.
4. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
5. Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
6. Optimize application performance and ensure security compliance.
7. Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
8. Maintain documentation for code and processes.

Key Responsibilities
9. Develop and maintain applications using C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET.

Qualifications
17. 3 to 5 years’ experience of working with C# and .NET Framework / .NET Core.
18. Experience with ASP.NET MVC / Web API.
19. Knowledge of SQL Server and relational database design.
20. Familiarity with Entity Framework or other ORM tools.
21. Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
22. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
23. Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.
24. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
25. Experience working in consulting / customer facing roles.

Desirable / Nice-to-Have
27. Experience developing or integrating AI-based solutions, especially:
28. Generative AI (e.g., LLMs, transformers)
29. Agentic AI systems
30. Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
31. Familiarity with Python for AI/ML tasks
32. Understanding of AI ethics, data privacy, and responsible AI practices
33. Knowledge of front-end technologies (JavaScript, Angular, React).
34. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practice
Education
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
