Clietn facing design, delivery & documentation of solutions
What you'll bring:
* Strong experience with VMware, Hyper-V, SAN/NAS, DR tooling (Veeam, Commvault, Zerto)
* Projects and System Design Experience
* Solid Windows Server and AD skills (GPO, DNS, DHCP, IIS, RDS)
* Azure knowledge across networking, storage, and server management
* Good grounding in networking (Cisco/Meraki), monitoring tools, and PowerShell
* A proactive mindset, sharp troubleshooting skills, and technical leadership ability
What you'll be doing:
* Design and delivery infrastructure projects
* Designing and effectively documenting solutions
* Leading investigations, resolving issues, and managing 3rd-party escalations
* Maintaining systems, applications, hardware, and cloud platforms
* Driving change, ensuring security by design, and supporting operational projects
* Coaching colleagues and championing best practices
