Job Description
Working within a small welding & fabrication company you will be responsible for the full finance function. Experience of Sage 50 Accounts & Payroll & Xero would be advantageous.
Responsibilities will include:
Ø Purchase Ledger – Processing invoices, confirming balances & paying suppliers
Ø Customer Ledger – Raising customer invoices & credit control
Ø Quarterly VAT Returns
Ø Weekly payroll processing
Ø Preparing month end reports – Trial Balance, Profit & Loss, Balance sheet & cashflow projections
Ø Preparing Year End package for the external accountant
Full training & handover will be provided. Immediate start preferred.
Opening Hours are Mon – Thu 08.30am – 4.30pm & Friday 08.30am – 12.30pm
PRO RATA – 24 HOURS PER WEEK OVER 3 DAYS.
SALARY – £25,000/ £20 per hour
HOLIDAYS – 18 DAYS
