A well-established construction consultancy in Cambridgeshire is seeking a motivated Project Manager to join their growing team. The successful Project Manager will play an important role in managing projects from inception through to handover.
As a Project Manager, you will work closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, to budget and in line with expectations. The Project Manager's role
The Project Manager will play a key role in driving projects forward from planning through to completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure programmes, budgets, and quality standards are met. Day-to-day, you will be involved in managing procurement processes, monitoring progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and supporting the delivery of successful outcomes. You will also contribute to building strong client relationships and have the chance to develop your skills while working on a variety of exciting and challenging projects.
The Project Manager
Degree qualified in a construction or project management discipline
Ideally chartered (MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB) or working towards
Minimum 3+ years' consultancy experience in a Project Manager role
Broad sector experience - residential, commercial, education
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
