We're looking for a Hard Services Supervisor to join our Home Office and Ministry of Justice team based on sites across the South East of England.
Location: Basingstoke, multiple sites across the region - this is a mobile role.
Contract: Full Time, Permanent. Monday to Friday.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Hard Services Supervisor, you'll be working within the FM Team, supporting them in PPM and reactive maintenance across the sites.
Your day to day will include:
* Conducting planned and preventative maintenance tasks across the Client Estate along with any emergency reactive works - these will include mechanical and fabric repairs and maintenance
* Developing the engineers to ensure that they have the correct skill set to tackle the first line reactive jobs and planned preventative tasks required within the responsible area. Ensuring that all engineers are appropriately qualified, are aware of the risks and controls required for their tasks and take all practicable course of action to ensure a safe working environment
* Providing for out of hours engineering cover across area in conjunction with other contract managers and the service delivery centre.

* You have extensive experience in commercial maintenance
* You have a full, clean driving license as this is a mobile role covering a number of sites
* IOSH and relevant qualifications
