Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Framework Co-ordinator to support our busy Safety, Health & Quality team in the UK.

Key responsibilities:

1. Oversee project activities including:
2. Finances (job set up, external invoicing, internal revenue payments, performance monitoring),
3. Collating and issuing project reports and dashboard
4. Monitoring project KPIs and flagging non-conformances to the commission manager
5. Resource management support and scheduling
6. Support cost centre finance management including finance system updates, debt, unbilled amounts, and WIP
7. Monitor project shared mailboxes as appropriate and ensure that all client related correspondence is passed onto an appropriate person
8. Enter, maintain and update tender and commission opportunities and other client details and relevant information on company databases at request of Cost Centre Leader
9. Support in managing client relationships including:
10. When required, acting as the primary client contact
11. Chairing client meetings in a timely fashion
12. Taking and issuing minutes
13. Proactive management of actions arising from meetings
14. Assist with bids, as and when required
15. The ability to coach other support roles should the support team grow
16. Management of subcontractors and suppliers including onboarding activities, progress meetings, and performance/annual reviews
17. Make arrangements for large external and internal meetings (not Director diary management)

Qualifications

Essential technical criteria:

18. Experience of finance administration / systems,, invoicing, purchase ledger
19. Good written and verbal communication skills
20. Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically excel
21. Experienced in SharePoint
22. General administration experience
23. Customer service / client facing skills
