Quantity Surveyor – Consultancy (Client-Side) 📍 Based in Shrewsbury | Travel to London 1–2 days per week A growing construction consultancy is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join their team based in Shrewsbury. This role offers the opportunity to work on a range of client-side projects valued between £10m – £30m, providing both commercial management and bank monitoring services. This is a client-facing role suited to someone comfortable managing stakeholders and advising clients throughout the lifecycle of a project. The Role You will support the delivery of projects from pre-construction through to completion, providing cost management and fund monitoring services on behalf of clients and lenders.
