Senior Theatre Support Worker - Gynaecology. Are you an enthusiastic person who is passionate about patient safety and quality and would like to further develop your clinical skills? With the opportunity to develop link roles and career development.
Responsibilities
* Ensure the highest standards of care and safety within the Gynaecology Theatres and in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary teams, implement and maintain systems and processes which ensure standards are maintained.
* Support colleagues and foster a learning culture which values high quality safe patient care.
* Work in partnership with Gynaecology colleagues to ensure multi-disciplinary teamwork to achieve agreed outcomes across the Gynae service.
* Demonstrate flexibility and strong organisational skills; be enthusiastic and motivated to improve services; maintain effective communication skills.
* Interact effectively with peers, junior and senior colleagues; willingness to learn a variety of theatre skills and engage in departmental link roles.
