Your new roleIn your new role, you will be joining a busy payroll bureau providing payroll services to a wide range of clients with multiple payrolls. You will be administering weekly and monthly payrolls, ensuring professional services are provided for clients at all times. Duties will include:
1. Process client payrolls accurately in a timely fashion, in accordance with payroll procedures and using the software designated by the firm.
2. Take ownership of a portfolio of clients with an expectation to meet with the client as and when required
3. Prepare monthly payslips for client employees and directors
4. Assist the payroll manager with arranging payments
5. Comply with all statutory filings within set deadlines
6. Prepare year-end returns for clients, including P60s and P11Ds, ensuring the correct forms are being completed and submitted
