Role overview
As a Retail Optical Assistant at Vision Express, you’ll assist our customers in finding and selecting eyewear that meets their needs. Your responsibilities include frame adjustments, repairs, fittings, and possibly conducting pre-screening eye examinations. You will also handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, supporting customer inquiries via phone, and processing payments.
Your goal is to deliver excellent customer service, ensuring customers leave satisfied with eyewear that fits well and meets their vision requirements. You will contribute to our mission of helping customers ‘See More and Be More’ by providing tailored, effective service to maximize their visual potential and enhance their lifestyle.
