About Our Client

Job Description
3. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
4. Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely delivery coordination.
5. Handle complaints and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
6. Maintain and update customer records in the system.
7. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and service delivery.
8. Provide customers with product and service information as required.
9. Monitor and follow up on customer accounts to address outstanding queries.
10. Support the Customer Service team with administrative tasks as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:
