Head of Growth Opportunity!
Propel are currently hiring for a Head of Growth position for a growing CDP. A high-impact opportunity for a strategic commercial leader to drive growth across complex, end-to-end technology and consulting solutions within a professional services environment.
Role Overview
* Own the full sales lifecycle: discovery → PoC → technical review → delivery
* Lead consultative sales to senior stakeholders (typically CMO, CTO level)
* Operate in a hands-on, player-coach capacity, supported by a small, agile team
* Drive long-cycle, high-value enterprise sales, with deal sizes typically between £500k–£2m+
* Deliver strategic, value-led solutions across digital transformation, data, and marketing ecosystems
Experience Required
* Proven background in professional services or consultancy
* Experience across both agency and tech consulting environments
* Familiarity with CDP platforms
* Strong track record in consultative, solution-based selling
* Skilled in conducting deep client discovery and architecting tailored solutions
