Electrician – Client Direct – £44,290 – Mon to Fri
This is a rare client direct opportunity to work at one of the most iconic buildings in the UK, You will maintain the history building itself along with adjacent residential properties. This is not a generic office block. It is a historic landmark with high standards, structured estates management, and long term stability.
The working week is built for balance.
Monday to Thursday 8am to 4:30pm.
Friday 8am to 3:30pm.
30 minute lunch each day.
You will join a professional in house estates team that values quality over rushed reactive work. Training is strong and the environment offers exposure to heritage systems, specialist installations, and varied building services.
What You’ll Be Doing

Planned preventative maintenance across the commercial and residential properties
*
Reactive electrical maintenance and fault finding
*
Working on lighting, small power, distribution boards, and emergency lighting
*
Supporting inspection and testing routines
*
Completing minor remedial works and upgrades
*
Liaising with specialist contractors during major works
*
Maintaining high standards in a listed heritage environment
*
Updating job sheets and compliance records
What We’re Looking For

NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent
*
18th Edition
*
2391 52 desirable
*
PAT Testing desirable
*
Part P desirable

Enhanced DBS
*
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Someone who takes pride in workmanship and presentation
Call out exists but is rare. Contractors cover most weekend activity.
