About The Role
We're launching a new flagship creative campus in Leeds, and we're looking for a dynamic, hands-on Campus Manager to lead the charge. This is a rare opportunity to build something from the ground up: a high-impact leadership role where you'll shape the student experience, drive growth, and oversee all aspects of academic and campus operations.
🌟 What You'll be Responsible For
In this role, you will build, inspire, and manage a high-performing, student-focused campus team, promoting a collaborative, inclusive, and accountable working environment. You will drive student recruitment, retention, and campus expansion over the coming years, contributing to national strategic initiatives and campus planning. Ensuring exceptional teaching, learning, and wellbeing standards will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you champion a "student-first" culture with personalised support and creative opportunities.
You will oversee day-to-day campus functions, from building management to academic administration, implementing strong quality assurance, compliance, and safeguarding practices. Additionally, you will build strong relationships with local industry, creative partners, and community stakeholders, planning and hosting open days, events, and guest speaker programmes.
✅ What We’re Looking For
We are seeking someone with proven experience managing teams, ideally in an education or creative environment. You should have an entrepreneurial mindset, being a strategic thinker who’s comfortable in fast-growing, hands-on roles. Confidence across compliance, budgeting, facilities, and academic delivery is essential. You should be an excellent communicator and relationship-builder who thrives in a collaborative culture, and be motivated to take a small campus and fast-track it to flagship status.
💼 Why Join Us?
This is an opportunity to lead and shape a new, high-potential campus from day one, making a lasting impact on students, staff, and the northern creative economy. You will join a growing, mission-led organisation with career development opportunities across the UK, and be part of a team that values innovation, community, and creativity.
