Main duties of the job Responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of individual patient care with minimal supervision. To work as part of the multi-disciplinary team to ensure that treatments are correctly carried out in accordance with given policy. Responsible for the assessment of complex care needs of chemotherapy patients and the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care. Lead and monitor the performance and standards of care within the Nursing Team.
