Specialising inmercial fit out projects, they deliver high-quality mechanical solutions for office and retail environments across the UK. Your new role
As Mechanical Design Engineer, you’ll take the lead on mechanical design activities from early concept through to construction-ready documentation. You’ll manage internal design resources, liaise with clients and consultants, and ensure all solutions meet project specifications and industry standards. The role includes occasional travel to London for site visits and client meetings.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Strong technical knowledge of mechanical building services, including HVAC and plumbing
2. Proven experience in design roles withinmercial fit-out (office/retail)
3. Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
4. Excellentmunication skills and confidence in client-facing situations
5. Willingness to travel for site surveys and technical meetings
6. Consultant-side experience will also be considered
