Position: People Experience Lead (Fixed Term Contract _1year)


We are looking for a People Experience Lead to focuses on enhancing the overall experience of team members and employees in a large global programme. The People Experience Lead will design and implement strategies to create a positive, engaging, and inclusive environment. This role involves measuring and improving employee engagement, fostering a culture of trust, and ensuring that every interaction with the programme communities contributes to a meaningful employee experience. They will consult on future ways of working cultures and navigate Firms onboarding a new way of working around their cultural environments.


Key accountabilities

* Develop and execute a comprehensive people experience strategy aligned with programme and organisational goals.
* Analyse employee feedback and engagement data to identify areas for improvement.
* Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, wellbeing, and retention.
* Collaborate with programme teams, leadership, and other to align people experience efforts with strategic objectives.
* Lead the development of onboarding, recognition, and engagement programs.
* Act as a champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of people experience initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the employee experience.
* Sign post the culture values and environment based on the purpose, mission and aim of the programme


Qualifications, Experience and Skills

* Proven experience in employee engagement, culture lead, or a similar role.
* Strong analytical skills to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in tools like HR systems, survey platforms, and collaboration software.
* A passion for creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture
* Clarity: Conveying the programme mission and values effectively.
* Active Listening: Understanding employee feedback and acting on it.
* Facilitation: Leading discussions, workshops, and team-building activities.
* Event Coordination: Planning and executing engagement activities and programmes to support culture setting and change.
* Time Management: Balancing multiple responsibilities and meeting deadlines.
* Attention to Detail: Ensuring the accuracy and professionalism of cultural initiatives.
* Vision Alignment: Ability to align cultural initiatives with organisational goals.
* Inspiring Others: Leading by example and motivating teams to embrace cultural values.
