About the role
We're seeking a dynamic, highly organized PA to support our Regional Chair across the North West, Lancashire, and all of Scotland (North, East & West). This isn't your average PA role; you'll be the driving force—highly organized, proactive, and ready to solve problems before they arise. From managing complex diaries to preparing top-level meetings, you'll combine traditional PA skills with modern tools like AI to enhance efficiency.
The role will include
* Providing full PA support: diary management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination
* Regional coordination and communication support across multiple territories
* Preparation of reports, briefings, and presentations
* Proactive problem-solving using traditional skills and modern tools, including AI
* Anticipating and managing priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
What we're looking for
* Proven experience as a senior PA or Executive Assistant
* Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing complex schedules and priorities
* Tech-savvy with confidence in productivity tools, AI, and digital platforms
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and build relationships across remote regions
